Winsome Winery

 “And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.” Philippians 1:9-11 NKJV

From the woesome reference to “Those who linger long at the wine, Those who go in search of mixed wine (Proverbs 23:30)”comes the understanding that winery is only meant for the production of intoxicating drinks. Yet, Apostle Paul says what if the intoxicating drinks are the fruits of righteousness? Our world is not relenting on its constant innovation with intoxicating darkness, wickedness, corruption, deceits, and all forms of unrighteousness. As long as the pursuits of position, prestige, promotion, and prosperity depend on collaboration with these woesome indices, where would any canal man get the courage to confront this extension of life without a worthwhile living? From the personal experience of Apostle Paul and his privileged exhortation to the Philippians, there is a winsome winery in every believer’s intimate relationship with Christ. And afterwards, in the secret place of prayer and sacred study of scriptures come the winery for the brewing of grace to love, wisdom to discern, and courage to explore all manners of excellent things for the glory of God.

Best Bride

He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son .” Revelation 21 : 6 - 7 NKJV By reflecting on the best activities in the passing year 2025 and its lost privileges and opportunities, the most sincere response in the assessment of human efforts is likely to be baggage. Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful.
