These world’s superpowers are readily built on the accumulation of war machines and sophistication on surveillance. Even in life’s personal battles at home, workplaces and in society, superiority of surveillance, intelligent gathering of information, and strategic planting of moles are the best available ways of this world’s dominance. Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, Just as we hope in You.” Psalms 33 : 18 , 21 - 22 NKJV One of the greatest of all giants in life is fear - especially the fear of the possibilities of men. Needless to mention that this negative fear is exactly synonymous to our lack of faith in the possibilities of God. Likewise, faith in the possibilities of God is the desirable fear of God. For example, this fear made Mary agree with the Angel and she said “ Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word ( Luke 1 : 38 )”, despite the absolute zero record of such possibilities in human existence. Even though God favours just those who fear Him, rather than a mighty man; He is the Architect of excellence. God delights in walking a lowly man through the ladder of breakthrough and success to become a mighty man. Even when these mercy merchants are sincere with their offerings, times and circumstances do often happen against the hope of those whose trust is in these sources for help. For example, the mercy of king Pharaoh on the children of Israel expired when another Pharaoh (who did not know Joseph) came to power. Whereas, when the children of Israel cried out to God for mercy, He sent out Moses to them with a non-deserving and matchless mercy; and delivered His people from the hands of Pharaoh.
