Israel’s forfeiture of her rights to Ai had previously turned them to victims, until Joshua dealt with the root of discredit, disappointment and destruction. Notwithstanding, Joshua still needed a recovery of confidence to believe that Ai has been restored as one of the gifts from the Lord.  To the New Testament saints, the gifts of the Spirit for accessing possessions include the words of wisdom, knowledge and the discerning of spirit. Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: And to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God .” Psalm 50 : 22 - 23 KJV The fact that the scriptures promote the salvation of God implies the existence of salvation from other sources. Candidly, every offer of salvation and deliverance in life that doesn’t glorify God is a salvation from Satan. Yes, Satan's salvation is designed ultimately for the destruction of its buyers (John 10:10). Unfortunately, all pursuits of excellence, success, and prosperity in life, career, and ministry attract more active conversations with agents who promote Satan’s salvation than listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit that serves the Saviour’s salvation.
