For Your servants take pleasure in her stones, And show favor to her dust. If truly one man's mess is another man's wealth, gratitude is merely a personal reflection to the circumstances of life. For many who believe that favour must come with tangible promotion of affluence and influence, life will largely be a bag of complaints when promotion fantasy never match reality. For others with little less than being disposed to complaints, the set time for the appreciation of God's goodness keeps changing according to the time of waiting on His manifestation. Obviously, very few are like the Psalmist, who often take pleasure in stones and dust. Whatever God allows in the affairs of His children, they must be relevant for the perfection of His favour in their lives.
