It is one of the best way to pretend that everything remains under control. Whereas, a genuine call for change starts with the caller. In order to influence a sincere change in the lives of children at home, the parents must clearly demonstrate a sincere commitment to change themselves. Likewise, no call for genuine change in a system, institution and nation can be experienced without a demonstrable commitment in the leadership. Spotted Stardom

As long as the game is clear to all players, celebrities are guaranteed to shine temporarily like stars, while attracting their audience to themselves. Unfortunately, many of these stars struggle ceaselessly to sustain their relevance on the stage for a limited period of time. This is because self-projecting stardom either get spotted or go spotted to the detriment of the entire firmament.
