“God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds;” Hebrews 1:1-2 NKJV God’s words through His prophets in the days of old were dreaded by kings and rulers of the people because spirituality is generally accepted to control the physical realms. Whereas, with advances in intellectual capacities, increased productivity, human governance, and material wealth, words of politicians today appear to be more honourable than those of prophets. Even believers under the new covenant are ignorantly pressured to lay down their birthright in pursuit of crumbs from the tables of rulers of their world.
