God and His Promise

Until the advent of voice recorder, spoken words lack the necessary commitment on the speaker. Evidences were built on at least two or three witnesses, preferably with higher authority included. And promises require the swearing of an oath, in order to become biding on the issuer of the oath. Being the highest in power and authority, the Almighty God establishes the concept of oath with reference to His promise. God and His promise are two unchangeable entities that seals His commitments with His people. As the Promise of God, Jesus came and broke the veil of partition; throwing open the access to the presence of God. All the promises of God have been consistent; none has ever failed. Those who believe the promises of God may need patience while waiting for the performance of His words, the Promise is life and hope; He never failed and will not fail anyone whose confidence remain consistent.
