Weak Will
“ And He said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will .”” Mark 14:36 NKJV To those who may be inspired by the Gethsemane prayer hour, the concept of sweet hour of prayer is merely an encouragement; and not a sincere experience. The three associates to that throne of grace slept heavily throughout the session; and Jesus Himself wished the hour could pass quickly, so He can proceed to the Cross without the agony of bleeding the sweat of blood on a prayer altar. Notwithstanding, the prayer altar remains the source of strength for the weak Will in man against falling into the traps of the wicked wiles of the enemy. It is always not enough for children of God to wait patiently for the understanding of the Will of the Father.
