Good God

“ Seek good and not evil, That you may live; So the Lord God of hosts will be with you, As you have spoken. Hate evil, love good; Establish justice in the gate. It may be that the Lord God of hosts Will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph .” Amos 5 : 14 - 15 NKJV If the capacity to seek good without GOD has been resident in man, the combined peace accords by the committee of nations would have addressed the sources of instability and insecurity in the world. Whereas, our families have witnessed different accounts of disobedience and rebellion from children; and suffered devastating accounts of infidelity and the threat of feminism among parents. Workplaces and corporate institutions that are designed for productivity, social development, and training are plagued by dishonesty and disorderliness, despite the huge investment against vices. Even within the households of faith, integrity, truth, love, and righteousness are becoming scarce commodities. The scriptural truth is that ...

Juicy Justice

“ Take away from Me the noise of your songs, For I will not hear the melody of your stringed instruments. But let justice run down like water, And righteousness like a mighty stream. ” Amos 5 : 23 - 24 NKJV If justification before God is achievable by works, there can be no doubt in the expectation of sanity in hell than in heaven. Even when injustices extend like a pendulum on a free fall in this world’s system of administration and adjudication, God’s justice system remains juicy for those who choose to l...

Open Office

“ For I know your manifold transgressions And your mighty sins: Afflicting the just and taking bribes; Diverting the poor from justice at the gate .” ‭‭Amos‬ ‭5:12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Confidentiality is not only one of the requirements for smooth operations in public service, information management is mostly useful in identifying and separating classified matters that involve the engagement of human activities. Even at home and in our day-to-day family operations, parental anomalies are easily classified as family manners before the children; and everyone remains happy as long as home operates peacefully. Whereas, in our relationship with God, there is nothing like confidentiality. If God said to Israel “ For I know your manifold transgressions And your mighty sins: ”, He is equally drawing our attention to the fact that human activities (including our body languages, imagination, manipulation, etc) are open office before Him. While the practice of closed office is always encouraged and acc...
