Unfortunately, failed programmes in all these institutions feed on the inability of the system to enforce a strict implementation of consistent regulations and policies. And as long as conflict of interest is respected against the uphold of established criteria, corruption continue to thrive at home, institutions and in the state. " Proverbs 20:25 KJV Mind readers are quick at predicting the intention of man from his prevailing gestures. This psychology is greatly helpful towards the protection of corporate system and procedures, particularly when the investigating officer is adjudged not guilty of self-interest. But if objective investigation is not possible, especially when interests like personal reward, recommendation and reputation are on the line, wrong judgment of others' motives is possible. While the scriptures admonished a convocation of unbiased panel of inquiry for objective investigation, the safest recommendation remains the act of waiting on the Lord. He knows how to make all the actions of men, whether good or evil, to work in the best favour of the righteous. Therefore, presumptuous psychology is susceptible to presumptuous snare and sin against an innocent personality.
