Courageous Coach

“So they went out of the prison and entered the house of Lydia; and when they had seen the brethren, they encouraged them and departed.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭ 16:40 ‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ https://www.bible.com/114/act.16.40.nkjv   Unlike those who take interest in the compromise of performance coaching experiences for paper coaching certificates, courageous coaches are made on the field of conflicts, confrontation and condemnation. Paul and Silas in Philippi have demonstrated the gracious courage to preach in seasons and out of season. And when it felt like they needed the comfort of the people, they preferred to be offered as a source of encouragement to concerned brethren. The spite of challenges and the troubles of life makes the heart to wish that courage and comfort are freely made for Christians. Whereas, every courageous coach is guaranteed to be prepared and made for the courage and comfort of others.

Full Freedom

“So the keeper of the prison reported these words to Paul, saying, “The magistrates have sent to let you go. Now therefore depart, and go in peace.” But Paul said to them, “They have beaten us openly, uncondemned Romans, and have thrown us into prison. And now do they put us out secretly? No indeed! Let them come themselves and get us out.”” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭16:36-37‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ http://bible.com/114/act.16.36-37.nkjv Life is full of struggle for survival and sustenance, especially in an increasingly competitive world. And when the society is governed by men of corrupt minds, everyone in the system often finds little or no haven for freedom without compromise and corruption. Like the corrupt magistrates in the days of Paul and Silas, righteous men can easily suffer incarceration for political witch hunt and selfish societal gains.
