Defenceless Delight

It draws to mind the wholesome experience that will unfold during the future government of our Lord Jesus Christ at the Millennium. Without the intervention of the Spirit of the Lord, everyone is generous in pursuing the defense of his selfish interest. Even in the kingdom of God, members are hardly disposed to provide assistance until personal interest is verifiably protected. Unfortunately, true righteousness operates freely on the basis of a delight in the fear of Lord. A delight in investigating the intention behind human action or inaction is limited to exploring the benefits from the fear of man.
