Interestingly, godly character is designed to be developed within a perfect combination of good and bad times. For Paul who (in his supposedly good times as bondmaster) perfectly understands what it takes to be the bondservant of man, faith, truth, and hope are three major ingredients for a progressive pilgrim on the pathway of time. Faith in God’s presence at all times, truth about God’s preferences before the events of time, and hope in God’s promises after the end of time provided a perfect understanding of the vision that was revealed unto him after his conversion.
