Secret Searchlight

“And finding disciples, we stayed there seven days. They told Paul through the Spirit not to go up to Jerusalem. When we had come to the end of those days, we departed and went on our way; and they all accompanied us, with wives and children, till we were out of the city. And we knelt down on the shore and prayed.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭21:4-5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ https://www.bible.com/114/act.21.4-5.nkjv   Doing the will of God in life is not limited to finding the secret searchlight through the Spirit. The exercise only come easy when there is no conflict of interest between the mindset in man and the guidance of God. Unfortunately, in most cases and at the last trip of Paul to Jerusalem, doing the will of God is shown to require courage and a sublime submission above the handle of the secret searchlight. Therefore, when there is the slightest hesitation to step out into the waters at the faintest call of the Spirit, sincere believers should begin to focus on the courage to do rather than the clarity...

Sovereign Submission

“So when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, “The will of the Lord be done.”” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭21:14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ http://bible.com/114/act.21.14.nkjv Situations with strong conflict often arise from the submission of divergence in the perceived view of divine guidance at home and in the family of God's people. Many often query "does God always have multiple wills at every point in time?". The revelation of the danger in the planned return of Paul to Jerusalem had been confirmed both in Tyre and Caesarea. But the interpretation became diverse from the submission of Paul's commitment and the disciples' conviction. In times of diverse submissions in resolving commitments and the challenges of life, the ability to determine when and how to cease pushing for admission of superior submission is vital.
