Spirit Shining
“ I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace .” Ephesians 4 : 1 - 3 NKJV Based on Apostle Paul’s admonition to the Ephesians, consecrated calling always begat spirit shining; but the rope can sometimes be too long. Being a great example of believer’s calling into the life’s emotional burden-bearing consecration, it takes the grace of God to accept a proud self-identification as the prisoner of the Lord. An unconsecrated calling is always tempted to wear its nerve on his sleeves; definitely throwing lowliness, gentleness, and long suffering into the dustbin. Whereas, as the spirit supported, you sometimes have to accept life throwing upside down to acknowledge living right side up.
