Collateral Commitments

However, many average people aspire success at the level of listening, and a few fraction of these people reach further to the level of hearing. Listeners attend seminars and workshops for motivational talks on success principles, but they never pay attention to the perceived rhetoric. Their minds are shaped by their low self-esteem and lack of confidence in the possibility of a change in status. Whereas, hearers' conviction in the principles of success is not commensurate with the expected commitment.
