Godly Fear

Selah No matter the sincerity of principal effort, personal interest often beclouds ‎the sense of human fair judgment. David's personal experience with the death of the product of ungodly conception, after his sinful acts of adultery and murder, teaches that righteous judgment is the prerogative of God. The fear of the righteous God, the scripture says, is the beginning of wisdom. Acknowledgement of this basic fact prevents disagreement with authorities, whenever personal interest in life, family and ministry appears compromised. God ordained authority and expects all His subjects to treat them with godly fear.
