Fruitful Faithfulness

   “ Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. ” Galatians 3 : 7 - 9 KJV When the scriptures declared  “ Train up a child in the way he should go: And when he is old, he will not depart from it (Proverbs 22 : 6)”, God established parenting on the principle of fruitful faithfulness. Unlike today’s definition of faithfulness that is anchored on personal preferences, likeness or dislike of either the parents or the child, scriptural faithfulness is established on divine counsel and His purpose for our existence.
