For example, external forces can be the major decisive factor, including the regulatory constraints, municipal influences, land disputes, environmental instabilities, etc, for either the breakthrough or breakdown of the project. However, a generous accommodation of all these external influences enables the heart to be stable and strong against possible despair and discouragement.
