Steadfast Spirit
“ And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. ” Galatians 4 : 6 - 7 NKJV It is important to underscore the fact that steadfastness is a right of Sonship, and not a privilege. Ignorance of this identity has always been the cause of slavery and unwarranted negotiations of believers with their enemies. Unfortunately, when God allow believers to walk through difficult terrain and wilderness experiences for necessary training and development, they often choose to listen to whispers suggesting ‘unloved’ , ‘unwanted’ , ‘unmerited’ , etc. These slavish dispositions are cleverly harvested by the enemy, who is a master of deception and eternal loser in the scheme of God’s inheritance.
