Full Fellowship

“ that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. And these things we write to you that your joy may be full .” I John 1 : 3 - 4 NKJV When king Darius of Medes says to Daniel “ Your God, whom you serve continually, He will deliver you”, little did he know the power backing his prophetic pronouncement. The experience of Daniel had shown how fellowship with the greatest can be fouled by earthly conspiracies. Fortunately, Daniel had a full fellowship with the King of kings and the Lord of lords; and Darius later attested to the fact: “ I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel. For He is the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed, And His dominion shall endure to the end ( Daniel 6 : 26 )”. And having seen, tasted and touched the genuineness of full ...

Full Fellowship

“ If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” I John 1 : 6 - 7 NKJV Full fellowship is actually a statement of being, and not really an expression of action. Unfortunately, when people treat fellowship as a statement of action, a flash of generosity, discharge of great responsibilities, and a display of loyalty in relationships are mistakenly celebrated as great fellowship. This is one of the reasons why the church is full of fake pastors, false prophets, and fraudulent parishioners. But in Apostle John’s exhortation about full fellowship, we know that “ If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth “. Fellowship is not what we practice, but what is possessed when “ the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us ...

Transparent Truth

“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” I John‬ ‭1:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ It is a known fact that the journey of ten thousand miles starts with a step. Even though salvation is not a journey but an instant experience of the work of grace, it starts with a transparent truth: the acknowledgment of sin. When the scriptures says that all have sinned and come short of God’s glory, only deceivers will insist on flagging their moral standards or religious achievements as evidence of uprightness. Sinners, not because they sinned; they sinned because they are sinners. Until the nature of sin is acknowledged, sinners can never appreciate the provision of a Saviour. The acknowledgment of human sinful nature is always the beginning of a glorious experience in every approach to the presence of God. Even when the righteous steps forward with other amazing benefits of the work of grace, the transparent truth remains the source of humility, strength and steadfastne...

New Nature

“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” ‭‭I John‬ ‭1:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ While sincere fellowship with the natural man can reveal the sin of commission, revelation of the sin of omission is not possible without divine connection. Whereas, sincere fellowship with God through His word always reveals the corruption in the heart of man. Even after the assurance of salvation and the inner witness of the Spirit as the redeemed child of God, sincerity of heart and openness to the word of God retain the divine connection through a daily revelation of the truth. Unfortunately, if we say that we have no sin, we buy the deception of the natural man and disown the revelation of the truth through divine connection. Salvation from the sin of commission is obviously not a license to subscribe for the sin of omission. As long as the flesh wears the regalia of the old nature, the heart of man constantly needs the truth in God’s word to retain the divine connectio...

Truth Tabernacle

“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” ‭‭I John‬ ‭1:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ https://www.bible.com/114/1jn.1.8.nkjv The contest for the truth started at the Garden of Eden, when man was made to doubt the sincerity of his fellowship with God. It was the genesis of man’s depravity and the beginning of deception or the concept of the populous relative truth. Even the consummation of God’s redemption plan, the problem of insincerity still prevents the heart of man from acknowledging the depravity of sin - which is the very first step towards assessing the mercy of God. Man would rather play the religion of fellowship rather than partake in the righteousness from fellowship. And the tabernacle of God in man is reserved as the tent of deception and the denial of the original purpose of God. Whereas, the moment the heart is able to acknowledge the depravity of his sinfulness, he is quickly able to accept the deliverance from the hold of sin through the blood ...

Honest Living

"But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." (1 John 1:7 NKJV) Holy living is commonly alien to the system of this world. Most claims of perfection are found hypocritical or outrightly dishonest. Since righteousness comes through the grace of God, true fellowship is necessary for anyone who wishes to reflect the light of the gospel. The light may not necessarily attract the beauty of the world and its system, it rebukes the bitterness in every relationship. Unlike the sanctimonious pretence of holy living, honest living attains perfection through a daily illumination from the fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
