Extreme Experiences

Normal experiences of difficulties and challenges in relationships and life issues leave room for the possibility of finding solution. Beyond human efforts to finding solution to these experiences, people of faith are open to divine intervention. In most cases, the dignity of anyone who is faced with challenges, within the reach of any source of encouragement, is restored. But when subjected to extreme experiences, the damage to dignity suddenly appears overwhelming; and all hope for restoration disappears. Unlike most people under extreme experiences, the Psalmist reveals the secret of a blissful restoration of trust in the tabernacle of the Lord: cry unto the Lord .
