  “ Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.” Psalms‬ ‭100‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ The most important creative capacity of our Creator is love. And the true essence of His creatures’ existence is measured by the extent of this capacity in them. Love creates good things and never ever derive any delight in destruction. Even when in doubt by the horizontal exchange of evil, wickedness, and unrighteousness, the undiluted understanding of the creative capacity of God inspires praise. In spite of the plight of the psalmist, this understanding admonishes believers to “ Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing ”. Unfortunately, when we lack this preciousness of love, the trace of the unfortunate destructive capacity in our character provokes jealousy, retaliation, wickedness, and all kinds of evil u dear the disguise...

  “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭100:4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Without a conscious distinction between the concept of divine thanksgiving, compared with the desirable attitude of gratitude in human relationships, pure praise and worship to God will be impossible. In spite of the privileges of human petitions before the throne of grace, believers understand that the reverence of who God is underscored an absolute submission to His Will. And if it is believed that we are made by God and for His purpose, it would be clear that there is no room for human reservation as regards the subject of thanksgiving to God. Notwithstanding, the heart of gratitude represents an absolute trust in God’s definition of an unchangeable good in the end; and the jettison of a temporary trace of this world’s attraction at the moment. God is good. Not because of what He has done; but because that’s who He is.

Goodness is a unique attribute of God; and no man can attain unto it without the grace of God. The deceptive goodness of man is manipulative, and his mercy is temporary. When the deceiver launches his goodies of comfort and convenience in exchange of believers’ confidence in God, many are tempted to see the temporary goodness in the created things rather than the everlasting goodness in the true Creator. And how can the heart faithfully declares the same narrative? The Psalmist has the clue...just make sure you enter God’s gates and courts with thanksgiving. You are free to let down your burden thereafter. Unfortunately, that’s the hardest to do, though the easiest thing to say..acknowledging the fact that God’s gates and courts are representation of a praise portal. Praise enables the heart to see the mighty actions of God in the midst of our overwhelming situation and circumstances. It promotes the sovereignty of the Creator of heaven and earth over the strange manipulation of the wicked in our lives. Motherhood comes with enormous commitment, especially during the gestation and formative ‎period of a child's life. Despite these sacrifices, some babies are reluctantly brought into the world. As fortunate as these sets of unplanned babies, compared to those whose pregnancies are terminated by abortion, the conception of every baby is planned by God. The scripture says every creature is carefully and wonderfully made. Irrespective of the possible factor of challenging family and formative background, the circumstances of life often create the scenario of abandonment. When personal care for self existence appears insufficient, many are quick to see life as worthless. Whereas beyond the benefits of personal care for self, the Psalmist preaches the wisdom of constant acknowledgment of self as planned people of God. Gray experie...
