The competency of any Project Manager is accessed by the accuracy in his/her understanding of both the returns and the risks of investment. Great project proposals are clearly underscore these factors and sufficiently provide methods of enhancing them for maximum productivity. Little wonder why frustration is difficult to manage when God is not regarded as the Project Manager in every endeavor of man. The best project manager on earth cannot guarantee the result of project planning without adequate insurance coverage. The ongoing disruptions in travel plans across Europe, as a result of volcanic ash eruption in Iceland,is a clear testimony to the scriptural truth that " A man’s heart plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps ".
