Wait Weight

  “ I had fainted, Unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD .” Psalm 27 : 13 - 14 KJV Those who fall under the weight of depression, despondency, and discouragement are often defenceless; they underestimate the seriousness of the disturbing weights until they get themselves crushed under the rubbles. When the scriptures admonish believers to avoid ignorance of the devices of the enemy, it is because the enemy often explores believers’ weaknesses on effective management of their wait weights. While the psalmist struggles with his different options of waiting on self-management, societal influences, carnal manipulation, etc, he faints until divine strength came to the rescue. Lighthouse Life

  “ The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.” Psalm 27 : 1 , 4 KJV “ The LORD is my light and my salvation ” expresses a sincere focus on God, especially in the midst of evil, wickedness and darkness. Obviously, FEAR is simply Fools Expressing the Absence of the Redeemer. Therefore, the non-existent treatment of all activities of wickedness in every believer’s life is the adoption of a lighthouse life, as instructed by the Lord:  “ Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven (Matthew 5 : 16 )”.
