Hidden Honey
“ My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; And the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: When thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, And thy expectation shall not be cut off .” Proverbs 24 : 13 - 14 KJV Those who settle for city-produced honey do sometimes expressed concerns over the risk of adulteration; but the fear of the sting of bees during honeycombing is mostly overbearing. “ My son, eat thou honey, because it is good” is a fatherly call to commitment and consecration for a good and rewardable course in life. Unfortunately, it takes courage and strength for anyone in our fast-paced world to embrace the call for disciple, commitment and consecration in a world with shortcuts, corruption and indiscipline.
