Soul Satisfaction

“ Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him. ”  Luke 17 : 3 - 4 KJV Soul struggles with offences are mostly powered by the mindset that forgiveness is a service to the offending others. Whereas, Christ’s admonition for His disciples to “ Take heed to yourselves “ begs to differ. Soul satisfaction comes by knowing, standing, and making the right choices on what it chooses to ‘forget’ and what it chooses to ‘remember’ . Holding on to offences is clearly a slavish tendency to achieve satisfaction from human actions and inaction; and the offending parties are strangely permitted to hold unto the keys to soul satisfaction as long as the offences remain unsettled. Whereas, you can easily “ Take heed to yourselves “ by forgiving and forgetting these offences to secure the right ...

Self Surrendering

“ Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him. ”” Luke‬ ‭17:3-4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ While most people do focus on the withdrawal of usefulness in social and corporate relationships as the primary consequences of offences, heaven is mostly concerned about the total loss of both the offender and offendee relevance for kingdom purposes. When a man places a high value on his self-relevance, he loses the more desirable relevance to God and others. Otherwise, ‘ if your brother sins against you ’ will always come after ‘...

Progress Portal

“Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭17:3-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬ https://www.bible.com/1/luk.17.3-4.kjv Keeping the records of the past is the major functions of the brain; and it is highly resourceful when productively utilized. Unfortunately, when it gets friendly with offences, it begins to work in retrogression. Therefore, Jesus invites all his disciples to the progress portal by saying “ Take heed to yourselves.. .”. In His illustration of offences between the offender and the offendee, it is important to note that the offendee was admonished to anticipate and approach the portal with his willingness to forgive; apparently satisfied with the attendance record of the offender. Obviously, the progress portal in life is designed for letting go of all offences that are capab...
