Confident Cast
Dialogues and negotiations are the major drive of the just concluded Nuclear Security Summit in Washington, where President Obama hosted leaders of about 50 countries, aimed at finding ways to prevent terrorists from getting their hands on weapons-grade nuclear materials. Many issues affecting world's economic relationship and social stability were casted, but concrete decisions about most of these issues will wait for further dialogues and negotiations among parties. The indicator for casual observers is that the world is struggling to find a unified front to address issues of global concerns, while recognizing the consistent struggles between the West and the East. Finding where to put absolute confidence will continue until the end of all dialogues and negotiations.
