Obviously, the foundation of the blessed instruction is riveted in the conversion of souls from sin, stubbornness and stiff-neckedness. Otherwise, people are always prone to remain defensive of their ideology and self-will, even when the evidence of judgment and destruction for disobedience is stirring them in their faces.
