Wise Weapon

 “Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.” ‭‭Daniel‬ ‭12:3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

If wisdom is considered as a principal thing in life or simply a weapon, it may be hard to understand the concept of wise weapon. But from the description of “Those who are wise” in the scriptures, it is certain that the wisdom of God is different from the wisdom of this world. While human wisdom is mostly concerned about the promotion of self interests, the recommended wisdom from God is concerned about the promotion of righteousness among the people. Whenever a man thinks about the resources, position and privileges he is endowed with as a weapon to recommend, promote, and enforce the act of honesty, righteousness, and truth, he is recognized by heaven as being wise. Unfortunately, those who are recognized as being wise in this world gets to shine most times here, while those who defend the righteousness of God sometimes suffer unjustly. Notwithstanding, there is always the inner peace from the meekness endowed upon those who choose the wisdom of God above the wiles of men; particularly, while they are made to wait for the everlasting brightness of the glory of God.

Best Bride

Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful.
