Holy Hill
“Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; Who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.” Psalm 24:3-5 KJV
One of the detestable references to the holy hill of God is that it is merely a place for hustling, not helpfulness. This misconception often makes believers’ panting for holiness less attractive. Unfortunately, the deception has succeeded in turning many ministers in the vineyard of the Lord into tools for manipulation in the hands of the enemy. Whereas, the first fruits of the revival of holiness and righteousness are helpfulness and blessings from the Lord. Rather than seeking financial blessings, political appointments, and professional achievements with compromises, deceit, and unrighteousness, clean hands and a pure heart actually attract unlimited blessings and prosperity from the Almighty. Obviously, those who are deceived into the bondage and yokes of unrighteousness are truly the great losers of God’s everlasting peace and rest from hurtful hustling.
