Temple Treasure

 “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 KJV

Absolute surrender to God remains heaven’s call to all humanity who struggle with the challenges of injustices, lack of fairness, and high-handedness in the world. While the struggle never speared the assembly of believers in the Church at Corinth, Apostle Paul had to wade in with a sense of disappointment on why believers would ever have to conceive the idea of seeking justice from unbelievers. Truly, if believers believe they are God’s temple and all the treasures in the temple belong to God, nothing in God’s temple warrants believers’ pursuit of justice before the unbelievers. And just as our lives belong to God and all resources that are freely given to accomplish His purposes come from Him, there would be no reason for believers to entertain sleepless nights over injustices, lack of fairness, and high-handedness in their world. Therefore, we all need grace to focus only on letting the lights of glory to so shine within every space and opportunity provided in the temple; and nothing will really go amiss in the temple treasure.

Omni- Obedience

  “ For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled .” II Corinthians 10 : 4 - 6 NKJV There is no better reference to the scriptural punishment of all disobedience when our obedience is fulfilled than omni- obedience.
