Pleasant Paths

 “Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, And the man that getteth understanding. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, And all her paths are peace. The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; By understanding hath he established the heavens. By his knowledge the depths are broken up, And the clouds drop down the dew.” Proverbs 3:13, 17, 19-20 KJV

“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: And with all thy getting get understanding (Proverbs 4:7)” has been sometimes lightly interpreted as “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get M.Sc degree: And with all thy getting get Ph.D degree”. However, human intelligence, wisdom and understanding has been proven to be laced with unpleasant manipulations at home, workplaces and in all spheres of human governance. National and international diplomacy, foreign affair policies, and institutional memorandum of understanding are mostly drafted with unpleasant coverups inspired by human depravity coupled with obsession for position, power, and prosperity. Therefore, pleasant paths are rather inspired by the wisdom of God and an absolute desire for peace, purity, and the presence or power of God. When a man is sincerely obsessed by the wisdom of God, there is no longer the term ‘impossible’ in his dictionary; as there is nothing impossible in all the declarations of God.

Best Bride

He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son .” Revelation 21 : 6 - 7 NKJV By reflecting on the best activities in the passing year 2025 and its lost privileges and opportunities, the most sincere response in the assessment of human efforts is likely to be baggage. Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful.
