Perfect Peace

Open the gates, That the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in. You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, For in YAH, the Lord, is everlasting strength.” Isaiah 26:2-4 NKJV

The consciousness of perfect peace suggests the reality of imperfect peace. This reality establishes the difference between a righteous reign and a ruinous reign in life. Unfortunately, those who agitate for settlement in any kind of reign (e.g., finding a future partner, establishing business opportunities, deciding on residential settlements, etc) are quick to make costly compromises with grave consequences. Of course, those who rather prefer to wait for the Lord in all decision making exercises in life must be ready to endure the heat of staying behind closed doors and gates temporarily. It is always better to stay behind the right doors in ministry, marriage, and mentorship than advancing through the wrong doors. And just like Esau of old, taking the wrong open doors is like selling your birthrights to quench a temporary appetite for food. You may never ever get the opportunity to get back a lost birthright, destiny helper, and divine allocation. But when the believer’s Sun and Shield with grace and glory say to you “Open the gates, That the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in“, then you are brought and kept in perfect peace with an everlasting enjoyment of His indescribable allocation.
