Perfect Precepts

 “Let Your hand become my help, For I have chosen Your precepts.” Psalms 119:173 NKJV

In reference to the psalmist’s conviction about the Lord’s precepts ‘For I have chosen your precepts’, it is evident that there are numerous compelling precepts with persisting pressure to walk away or against the revealed presents from the Lord. And in our days of astronomical increase in knowledge and advanced AI-driven social media contents, anyone can understand the challenges with believers’ scriptural conviction on almost all matters of life. We are no longer dealing with miserable counsellors and advisers, but intelligent machine buddies. Little wonder, we struggle in the secret place of prayer and fellowship; leaving on the life-support system with overwhelming dosage of perverse precepts. Notwithstanding, the secret place is still the safe haven for the perfect precepts today. Therefore, wayfaring pilgrims can be intentional like the psalmist by surfing through the web and using their smart devices with customized filtering that always pray “Let Your hand become my help, For I have chosen Your precepts.”

Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints.
