Holy Hearts

 ”Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am the Lord your God. And you shall keep My statutes, and perform them: I am the Lord who sanctifies you.“ ‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭20‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Prior to Simon Peter’s calling to mind the word of Jesus that ”Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times” (‭‭Mark‬ ‭14‬:‭72‬), he wasn’t mindful of the demand for a transition from a human heart to a holy heart. The demand  takes a sincere symphony of the will of man and the word of God. While the will of man without the word of God produces hypocrites, the word of God without the will of man advances heretics. Therefore, the path to holy hearts starts with willingness and obedience on the part of every man to the revealed words of God. ”Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am the Lord your God“. Unfortunately, the heart of man is readily distracted by many other gods, whose interests contradict the counsel of God. And without a deliberate consecration to the Lord our God, no one is able to sustain the commitment. Thereafter, a consistent inspiration by the words of God offers the stabilizing nutrients for a holy heart. Every human heart is demanded to be a holy heart; but only everyone who delights in the solemn demand will come with a sincere willingness and a sober openness to the words of God.

Best Bride

He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son .” Revelation 21 : 6 - 7 NKJV By reflecting on the best activities in the passing year 2025 and its lost privileges and opportunities, the most sincere response in the assessment of human efforts is likely to be baggage. Nothing is definitely assessed as “ It is done! “ on the basis of human limitations on relationships, participation, etc. Notwithstanding, the engagement of God in all of life’s affairs always leads to the production of a transformed life, a new beginning, and somehow like the best bride. Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful. While heaven and its promises wait, saints often walk around with their eyes dropped, shoulders lowered, and feet shackled…thinking what a joyful noise in gory?
