Spiritual Sight

“Then Micaiah said, “Therefore hear the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by, on His right hand and on His left. But Micaiah said, “If you ever return in peace, the Lord has not spoken by me.” And he said, “Take heed, all you people!”” I Kings‬ ‭22‬:‭19‬, ‭28‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The oversight functions and responsibilities of man at home, workplace, and his public or social engagements are mostly dictated by his physical perception or sighting. But every man of the spirit understands that there is no manifestation in the physical without spiritual intelligence. When king Ahab and king Jehoshaphat wanted to embark on their last war with the king of Syria, they agreed on seeking spiritual guidance. Unfortunately, what they ended up with was a guidance inspired by lying spirit on about 400 prophets. Whereas, only the inspiration from Micaiah revealed the danger ahead; but no one paid attention to it until the danger was unleashed. Many prophets are seeing something today about our social lifestyle, state of affairs, and the security challenges, and people are always watching to see who is lying or telling the truth. Even those who are not prophets are forced to say something, as long as their diplomatic understanding and public administrative skills can carry them along. Notwithstanding, and like in the confidence of Micaiah, those who are blessed with spiritual sight can always see the danger ahead in all of human interactions; but they are readily expected to take heed to themselves, less they fall into the traps of the wicked.
