Care Closure
“Are there any among the idols of the nations that can cause rain? Or can the heavens give showers? Are You not He, O LORD our God? Therefore we will wait for You, Since You have made all these.”
Jeremiah 14:22 NKJV

Dreamt about two kids who drove an heavy truck into a dangerous topping ditch. With the assistance of a friend, the kids were rescued and cleaned from the stolen truck and property. It was amazing how the kids kneed willfully for prayer and restoration, even without a sermon. Isn’t this similar to the story of Israel, who is waiting for the loving God, after a series of escapades? Caring parents are often tempted to grow weary of showing love and affection to their wayward children, thinking an alternative to care can bring restoration. Yet, the scriptures say love suffereth long...and it never fails. The closure in the route of the Father’s care always lead the prodigal son to the Cross, as long as the gate to the close is left wide open.
