Godly Confidence

http://bible.us/psa10.17.nkjv Lord, You have heard the desire of the humble; You will prepare their heart; You will cause Your ear to hear
Self confidence is often based on the product of the prosperity of physical and material properties. ‎ While everyone needs a measure of this type of confidence, the humble can be a victim of the proud's free expression of self confidence. In order to overcome the deficiency of self confidence, the heart is submissively prepared by the Lord through the knowledge of the triumph of righteousness over wickedness. And like the Psalmist in times of trouble, many will rightly query "Why do You stand afar off, O Lord?". However, godly confidence constantly sees the triumph of the invincible hands of God over the empty threat of visible wickedness.

Best Bride

Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful.
