Intelligent Review

Amazingly, the first quarter of the first year in the brand new decade has come to the end. By focusing on the negative events in life and family, a discouraging review note about all relationships, investment efforts, and personal commitments may be inscribed. Critical reviews often omit salient motive of goodness and the gesture of kindness, focusing on the perceived physical manifestations. Without the righteous touch, through the fear of God, human hearts are prone to produce the manifestation of loose tongues. However, the living should be able to look back and see various reasons to give thanks. After-all, the only source of vibrant lifestyle, hope, and consistency for a purposeful living is the fear of God.

Wisdom leads the righteous consistently in the way of the Lord, by appreciating the necessity of sacrifices before all evils along the paths can be subdued. A vivid demonstration of sacrifice was the presentation of the Son of God for the sins of men. He died so that all may live. It is true that the way of the Lord is different from the way of man; but the understanding of the way of God is the only source of strength and uprightness.

Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful.
