Real Rejoicing

 “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!” Philippians‬ ‭4:4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Since the light in life is seasonal, it is always better to focus on the Source of the light rather than the illumination from the light. Otherwise, there will be no escape from gloom in seasons with darkness. And in the wordings of the present admonition or real rejoicing, “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!”. Why? The rejoice is in the Lord; and not just from the Lord. Only in the Lord comes the true rejoice, i.e. - righteousness, enterprise, justification, opportunities, inspiration, confidence, and excellence, with its attendant peace of mind. These offers in and from God are neither seasonal nor temporal; they abide permanently with all believers, whose hope is in the Lord. As long as Jesus remains the Lord of our lives, His righteousness, enterprise, justification, opportunities, inspiration, confidence, and excellence keep us rejoicing throughout the seasons of life.

Best Bride

Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful.
