Fruitful Fitness
“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?” 2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV
When the scriptures say elsewhere that bodily exercise profits a little, it alludes to the absence of fruitful fitness in men’s fists. Notwithstanding, fistful fitness requires the use of trainers for effective monitoring of fitness schedules and the assessment of progress. Therefore, “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves“ is always a necessity in the school of spiritual exercises for fruitful fitness. And the curriculum for fruitful fitness remains the measure of the residency of Christ through the Holy Spirit in life’s engagements and relationships. A life without consistent evidence of the residency of Christ doesn’t wait for crisis to happen, it’s already an embodiment of crisis. Even when the Christless life fakes fruitfulness with fistful fitness and charismatic gymnastics, a fistful fitness will always be evident through its use of fist and not faith. Whereas, those who examine themselves daily through the study of the words of God and the manifestations of the fruit of the spirit derive sustainable profit from the school of God’s fruitful fitness.
