Faithful Friends

The reproach from frightful fiends ‎does not only negatively affect the relationship with suspects, it does withdraws our confidence in saints. Faithful friends are burden bearers, building good support system, either through prayer or partnership. But like the Psalmist during our moments of pain, it is easy to feel lonely in the fellowship of friends when priorities are misplaced. Even when the head calls God to remember the ugly experience, the heart fails to acknowledge the fellowship of the Lord during the experience. Whereas, the fellowship of faithful friends is sweeter than our anticipated freedom from frightful fiends.

Best Bride

Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful. While heaven and its promises wait, saints often walk around with their eyes dropped, shoulders lowered, and feet shackled…thinking what a joyful noise in gory?
