While material gains and riches are generated by assessing the status of the fields, emphasis on the state of the flocks starts with (1) recognition of the attendance and good virtue in associates and subordinates; (2) reward for their attention to system operations and productivity; and (3) remuneration by their attraction to the Lord and understanding of His counsels.
