Heaven’s Heralds

 “Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭10:2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

If labourers or workers on any of this world’s engagements have the correct perspective of the owner of the establishment about themselves, there would be no doubt that the drive towards productivity will be much smoother. Likewise, many of us (believers) who labour in God’s kingdom on earth are probably negligent of God’s perspective on the field of harvest. Unfortunately, the produce is often personalized into families, societies, and denominations as generally earth’s harvest; and the achievements of individual personalities. Whereas, when Jesus asked the disciples to engage in prayer to God for more heralds for the great harvest, little did they know that they were primarily praying for themselves. But after the throwing up of celebration for the testimonies from their harvesting on the field, Jesus had to inform them to be more happy for qualifying as heaven’s heralds. Obviously, whenever heralds on earth (or labourers in all the fields of life) become heaven’s heralds, heaven’s gains or harvest become unstoppable, particularly in the face of this earth’s grandstanding.

Best Bride

He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son .” Revelation 21 : 6 - 7 NKJV By reflecting on the best activities in the passing year 2025 and its lost privileges and opportunities, the most sincere response in the assessment of human efforts is likely to be baggage. Honourable Honesty

  “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! ” Psalms 149 : 5 - 9 NKJV In seasons of afflictions and persecution from a culture of dishonesty, “ Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds ” appears distasteful. While heaven and its promises wait, saints often walk around with their eyes dropped, shoulders lowered, and feet shackled…thinking what a joyful noise in gory?
