The emphasis here is that the love of the Lord is always driven by the needs of the people. All have sinned and readily condemned on the basis of justice; but the penalty for the sin of all is fully paid by the love of the Lord, based on His guiltless guts. Unlike the kingdom of heaven, the kingdom of this world uses and coordinates its elements, ideas, and intentions by fistful force, including the use of human intelligence, deception, and manipulation. For example, Jacob successfully supplanted Esau by the use of his intelligence, ungodly collaboration, and deceit.
