Even after salvation, man's will-power is not lost; and that makes the heart of man the continuous battleground between rival Contractors - the Spirit of God and the Devil. The righteous can only chose to daily relinquish his/her will-power to the Spirit of God through consistent fellowship with the Lord. Until life endures, the heart will remain the centrepoint for the solicitation of permit. Emotions were high recently when survivor-children from the Haitian earthquake, and whose adoption procedure received urgent attention, arrived in Ottawa, Canada (and perhaps, the same experience in all the nations where adoptive parents are waiting for their children). More than receiving relief materials, these kids will be introduced into the care and comfort of new parents, not as object of mercy, but as a member of the same family. Children care not for essential things of life (except when parents are deficient), because those are not their responsibilities. Most likely, children are concerned about how to be like their parents. Likewise, and in God's family, children cultivate the conduct and character of God through intimacy. The world is gradually promoting the idea of unity government; and the idea is based on exigency, looking at the trend of catastrophic events among nations. Even the recent seemingly co-operation of Iran with the United Nations regarding their Nuclear Program shows that no nation may comfortably function as an island. And there is no fellowship without a Charter. The scriptures say righteousness shall exalt a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people. Membership by acknowledgment of the word of God is different from abiding in the word of God, which implies consistent practice of righteousness. There is no other identity of fellowship other than righteousness. Denominational branding of fellowship is human concept; authentic fellowship has no physical barrier. It is the connection of every righteous heart to the Throne of God, in constant fellowship with the amazing Redeemer. Every commitment to a defined course has an undertone of the power of love. Human fellowship has no basis without the manifestation of the spirit of love. Since love submits to the will of the object of love, it is not possible to attain the level of supreme love without absolute submission to the will of God. Whatever or whoever is loved, is to be obeyed; and when the will of the object of love contradicts the will of God, the battle line for supremacy has been drawn. All of God's heralds are called with both a general and specific calls. While the general call extends to everyone, specific calls outline the quality of relationship between individual man and His Maker. Supreme love for God seeks to obey the totality of God's will in every detail of human endeavours. It is therefore not strange to run into conflict with the will of fellowmen, especially when either of the parties sees supreme love for God as a treat. Any reliable promissory note must contain exact set time for redemption. And cogent efforts are deployed to ensure no default; otherwise the giver makes alternative arrangement before the day of redemption. Being human who are subject change, promises are required to be bounded with written documentation. However, God never change and His promises have not consideration for time; since He liveth before the concept of time. The consideration of time in evaluating God's promises leads to pressure. But by reflecting on past faithfulness of the Lord, God's heralds can observe that God's timing is perfect. He is never too early nor late; while addressing all businesses in relationship with His children. If God's promises are treated as time-invariant, hope in the Lord will stand all the test of time.

Every system is sustained by establishing standards of operation, mostly documented in codes of conduct. Social systems have established, either written or unwritten, cultural settings; professional and administrative systems have by-laws; and business relationships are based on trading agreements. Unfortunately for the system of this world, end-time events are set to produce unsustainable system. God's heralds are called to respond appropriately to end-time events; and their mandate must be a revolt against the system of the world. With the gift of the Holy Spirit, every instrument of the world against righteousness is restricted. Without violence, system sustainability efforts are designed to suppress all of God's counsels. Institutionalization of churches and human governance are now serving a different course, other than kingdom purposes. Holy revolution against every ordinances of man is required for spiritual emancipation.

For student drivers, it is a wise thing to avoid the highway until enough confidence with driving skills is developed. Even the challenge of merging into the freeway through the ramp is scary. Like all covetous drivers, the highway of falsehood and unrighteousness is full of users who cannot manoeuvre their skills without comparison. Despite the desire and earnest prayer of Balaam to live in righteousness, he died in unrighteousness because of his inability to resist the temptation of merging into the highway. Satisfaction with only what was given to him by the Lord would have saved is life and ministry from compromise. All that every man needs to fulfill his calling is given by the Lord. Except the Lord leads, gifts from fellow men have string attached. Ungodly gifts bring corruption; and guide the receiver into the highway of unrighteousness. Unfortunately, freeways are designed to discourage intermittent waiting.
