Distinctive Declarations

My flesh and my heart faileth: But God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: Thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee. But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, That I may declare all thy works.” Psalm 73:26-28 KJV

Reverberations of musical instruments with destructive or discouraging declarations are mostly the reflection of unskillful or untrained player. The tones change to distinctive declarations the moment the musical instruments are placed in the hands of a skillful player. Likewise, anyone with destructive or discouraging declarations reflects the characteristics of the fallen man or separation from God. And until David found his trust and closeness with God, he wasn’t able to give a distinctive declaration about his relationship. Needless could he understand the divine mindset about His relationship with sinners and workers of iniquities. When we trust and stay close to God, we will not get discouraged by the activities of sinners and workers of iniquities, especially those who are responsible for our affliction and oppression. They simply need the mercy of God to give up destruction declarations for distinctive declarations. For example, when Ananias stayed close to God on His testimony about Saul, he was able to follow up the new convert by faith, calling him ‘Brother Saul’ even at his first encounter with an acclaimed injurious persecutor and a destructive agent of the Devil. Therefore, anyone who stays with God by an intimate fellowship with His words is bound with distinctive declarations of God’s works; and not a convenient tool in the hands of the Devil.
