Wisest Will

And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean. And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.Mark 1:40-42 KJV

Life is a product of human choices and the combination of will. In another word, the decision of a man determines his destiny. For example, everyone’s personal will determines his commitment, collaboration, and community. And like the leper that came to Jesus Christ for compassion, several alternatives from his personal will could have led him to physicians for community, his friends and families for their collaborations, and an intense research and commitment into selfhelp options. But, “And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean“ implies that the leper regarded coming to Jesus and submitting to His will as the wisest will of his life. The wisest will in all our project management strategies, family challenge addresses, relational difficulty resolutions, and life complication interventions is just to come to Jesus and submit all concerns at His feet. Without doubt, Christ’s compassion on all of life’s issues is far better than the best of human commitment, collaboration, and community; there is no occurrence of near misses towards complete cleansing for all who truly come to Jesus.
