Finding Favour

 “For whoever finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the Lord; But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; All those who hate me love death.”” Proverbs 8:35-36 NKJV

When the scriptures say elsewhere “He who finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor from the Lord (Proverbs 18:22)” in the light of today’s scriptural digest, it implies finding favour is actually finding God. Unfortunately, many believers today still miss the golden opportunity bestowed by finding the perfect will of God in marriage or any inevitable junction of decision making in life. Whereas, finding favour is strictly about finding fellowship opportunities with God, acknowledging the actions of God, valuing the visions revealed by God, observing obedience through God’s instructions, understanding the entire umpire of God and the revelation of God’s righteousness. Actually, finding favour is designed by God to assist humanity in finding faith through the circumstances and the challenges of life. Unfortunately, those who miss out on these opportunities that challenges of life brings to the altar of marriage, career, and relationships in finding favour are the archenemies of themselves.

Peaceful Pathway

The Lord be with you all. ” II Thessalonians 3 : 16 NKJV Truth be told, the pursuit of righteousness is simply and straightforwardly the following of the right pathway, not necessarily the safe, the polite, and the popular pathway. Wrangled Way

  “ Blessed are the undefiled in the way, Who walk in the law of the Lord! Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, Who seek Him with the whole heart! They also do no iniquity; They walk in His ways. ” Psalms 119 : 1 - 3 NKJV There is no doubt that those who abuse the grace of God have little or no understanding of the concept of the narrow way. For  “ Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it ” ( Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭13‬-‭14‬).  The narrow way cannot be widened because it is not only strait , it is extremely wrangled.
